are you sticking to them? Is it working? are you ascending? One of my New Year's resolutions is to switch on my mic and my camera when I'm all up in the face of resistance. WHY? Because alot of us have to exist let alone survive despite all the passive and aggressive aggressions in our different environments. alot of us cool cats have that in common. So this year, I have promised myself and alot of you cool cats that I will be creating more content answering alot of your questions. One little way of us helping each other, empowering each other and most importantly having physical memory of our youthful vitality.





The NEW YEAR brings with it lots of inspiration and lots of hope and ideas. But remember to root yourself firmly to the ground and spark off your change with small achievable goals. Try not to compare your step 1 with someone else on Instagram's step 7. CONFIDENCE BEGINS WITH YOU !
